Gary Lamos' early experience in the jewelry industry included a 10-year period with Sterling, Inc. where his responsibilities involved developing and facilitating sales training and management development programs at all organizational levels. His primary focus was in key store function areas including relationship selling skills, goal setting, interpersonal relationship management, communication skills, motivation and delegation and store operations 'hard skills'.

Just prior to joining Performance Concepts, Gary also held the position of Operations Manager with LDC Group's Only Diamonds stores where he was integral in the development of company management structure, policies and procedures, hiring and training programs and new store opening and setup.

As a consultant with Performance Concepts, Gary specializes in diamond and fine jewelry sales training and store operations. Gary's primary role with Performance Concepts is the delivery of Specialty Product sales training programs.

Gary is known for his common-sense approach to problem solving and his unique ability to 'speak the language' of those with whom he is working. His humor, dedication and understanding always make a positive and lasting impact on those he trains.
