Michael Krasnow started his career in jewelry over 30 years ago, and is now considered by many to be an expert in operations and training. His most recent position prior to joining Performance Concepts was as a Sr. Director of Stores for Zales, where he was responsible for over 130 store locations and an annual budget of $200M. Michael was twice named Director of the Year based on a formula including eight sales and profit categories.

Finding the issues and quickly resolving problems has helped Michael in several turnaround situations. A 120-store territory in last place in the Zale Division was taken from last place to first place in nine months by Mr. Krasnow. Michael's operational and organizational skills were put to the test in a new startup situation while working with Sterling. He was on the strategic team to develop the new concept store, Jared the Galleria of Jewelry. He also acted as the first General Manager of the newly created brand.

Michael holds a B.A. degree from Franklin College of Indiana, and has his Diamontology and Gemology degrees from the Diamond Council of America.
