Tom Jones began his jewelry career as a Sales Associate almost 50 years ago. He moved quickly through the ranks of Assistant Manager and Store Manager for the Littman/Barclay group, managing the first million-dollar store in the company. As the company grew, so did Tom's role. During his tenure as Regional Sales Manager and then Sr. Vice President of Store Operations, the company grew from a 30-store chain, to nearly 135 stores and the volume jumped from $20 million to over $160 million.
To his role as a consultant with Performance Concepts, Tom brings knowledge of every detail of store operations, management and finance. Since Joining the Performance Concepts Team just two years ago, his expertise and insight have proven tremendously valuable to a wide variety of client stores.
