Performance Concepts' Weekly Meetings™ is a proven effective method of delivering training to your entire store team on a consistent basis. Imagine - an entire years worth of training in one well-designed and easy to use package! This product is designed to take the excess time investment and difficulty out of preparing for staff meetings, while enabling every member of your team to be involved in the process. Meetings are designed to take between 30 and 50 minutes, depending on the size and interaction of your group. Customize each meeting to address your immediate needs. Just use the convenient index to select your topic, and choose your facilitator for the week. The facilitator's job is to read the material provided (usually 1 - 1 1/2 pages), deliver a 'report' on what he or she read to your team, and lead a group discussion based on the questions or exercises provided with the topic. Each of our 4 Weekly Meetings™ Packages are broken down into three content-specific sections - Product Knowledge, Selling Skills and Operations - with each section containing at least 25 relevant topics from which you can choose.
