A custom-fitted, on-site program for your team:
Performance Concepts' Curriculum for Excellence series offers all 3 of our powerful, proven effective leadership and productivity programs delivered on-site, for your team at regular intervals throughout the course of one year. Your dedicated expert, backed by the experience and resources of the entire Performance Concepts' team, will combine the extraordinary lessons contained in our Emotional Intelligence, Creativity, and Team Power presentations with the unique culture and needs of your organization to deliver a program that guarantees immediate, incremental and dramatic results for your associates, your clients and your business.

Performance Concepts' Curriculum for Excellence On-Site program includes:

  • A dedicated Performance Concepts Expert to guide you and your team through the process
  • 3 visits at regular intervals over the course of one year
  • 6 days total on-site time
  • All program materials
  • One year of ongoing follow up and availability via phone, fax or e-mail

First visit:

  • Day 1: Your dedicated expert will spend the day in your store to study, observe, listen, and absorb your culture while conversing with your staff in an effort to assess personalities, interests and motivations.
  • Day 2: Your staff experiences our Culture, Innovation and Success I - "Unlocking Emotional Intelligence to Create Powerful Sales Environments" workshop and begins to see immediate profit-generating results as they apply their newly learned skills.
Second visit:
  • Day 1: Your dedicated expert will spend the afternoon in your store talking with you and your associates, offering encouragement, suggestions, and on-the-floor coaching and training in areas of need.
  • Day 2: Your staff builds on their Emotional Intelligence knowledge base with our Culture, Innovation and Success II - "Release the Power of Creativity" workshop. By immediately discovering new ways to think about themselves, their work and their world, your associates will dramatically improve their performance and their ability to bring life and innovation to your business.
Final visit:
  • Day 1: Your dedicated expert will spend the afternoon in your store reviewing with you and your associates their application of the skills learned in their EQ & Creativity workshops. He/she will invite open discussion with individuals and groups and will engage in on-the-floor practice and situation-specific problem solving.
  • Day 2: Your staff incorporates all of their newfound skills in our third workshop, Culture, Innovation and Success III - Team Power, a lively experience providing insight into the dynamics of a successful team. This program teaches both sales associates and managers practical techniques to create and leverage the power of effective communication and collaboration to generate a positive and profitable sales environment.
  • Day 3: Your Performance Concepts consultant will spend a final day with you and your team, recapping program learning, working through specific problems and issues, and building on developing skills to improve immediate and long-term results. Our visit will conclude as we work with you to develop an action plan for ongoing implementation and growth.
