Staff Planning and Compensation System
The Performance Concepts Staffing and Compensation Model builds a 3-tiered format that lays out a base-plus-incentive-plus-bonus structure and monthly, multi-level goals that are consistently established for all associates. The system is custom-developed for your store and delivered as a spreadsheet, pre-programmed to accept future input, and to calculate corresponding goals. The information produced enables you to adjust staffing levels and compensation in accordance with business productivity.
Performance Management System
The Performance Management System provides the fundamental tools to establish performance expectations, maintain quality performance and develop your associates into more highly productive professionals. Materials include position-task lists (job descriptions), goal setting and coaching worksheets, a detailed performance review system and a full-scope counseling/disciplinary structure.
