With Weekly Meetings™, you have the opportunity to assemble an entire year’s worth of training into one well-designed and easy to use package! We offer a selection of over 200 training topics, broken down into four distinct sections: Product Knowledge, Selling Skills Store Operations and Problem Solving, (using case studies taken from INSTORE Magazine’s Real Deal column). Each topic is formatted for presentation and discussion in team meetings, and the selection is designed to let YOU choose the topics that address your most pressing business concerns. Choose as few or as many as you’d like. Meetings are priced individually and in groups.
Weekly Meetings™ was created to take the excess time investment and difficulty out of preparing for staff meetings, while enabling every member of your team to be involved in the process. Meetings are designed to take between 30 and 50 minutes, depending on the size and interaction of your group. Customize each meeting to address your immediate needs. Once you’ve assembled your package, just select your topic, and choose your facilitator for the week. The facilitator's job is to read the material provided (usually 1 - 1 1/2 pages), deliver a report on what he or she learned for your team, and lead a group discussion based on the questions or exercises provided with the topic.
